Marlin Collingwood

Marlin brings 20 years of both consumer and political expertise to Bell Pottinger USA. Prior to moving to Boston, he was Senior Vice President, Director of Public Relations at Mullen, a top U.S. advertising communications agency, prior to that he was Senior Vice President at Howard Rubenstein Associates in New York City. Alongside broad business experience, his expertise includes reputation management strategy and implementation, public affairs, crisis management, political affairs, healthcare, travel & tourism and large-scale events.
A former Washington, D.C. politico, he started his career on Capitol Hill on the press staff of the late U.S. John Heinz (R-PA). He also worked as East Coast Collegiate Campaign Manager for Reagan/Bush '84, after which he served on the White House press staff for the Reagan/Bush Administration.
His client work has included national healthcare companies, major consumer brands, New York and Los Angeles celebrities and personalities and major regional and national events including The 1992 Democratic National Convention in NYC, The Operation Welcome Home NYC Ticker-Tape Parade in 1991 and the 2000 Republican National Convention in Philadelphia.
Marlin has led teams that have worked for a variety of clients including The U.S. Postal Inspection Service, The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Tourism office and former Pennsylvania Governor Tom Ridge, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Leona Helmsley, Saturday Night Live, the Archer-Daniels Midland Company, Whirlpool Corporation, The Heart Failure Society of America, the New York Post and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Marlin graduated with a bachelors degree in mass communication from Anderson College and a masters degree from Penn State University.

Colin Mahoney

Colin brings more than a decade of experience working with elected officials and corporate clients developing messaging, field and outreach strategies. As a political operative, Colin worked with elected and appointed officials including Senator Edward M. Kennedy, Congressman John F. Tierney, former Massachusetts Senate President Thomas F. Birmingham and 2004 Presidential Candidate, US General Wesley Clark. Specializing in various field, policy and media strategies, Colin developed aggressive campaigns aimed at specific constituencies and targeted voter bases. Colin has also served as a media consultant to several local races in Massachusetts including successful races for State Representative and District Attorney.
As a public relations professional, Colin’s experience includes media and public affairs campaigns for the clean energy industry, real estate developers, construction companies, health care corporations, big box retail chains, nonprofits and the dining industry. Employing a variety of tactics including grassroots outreach, retail community relations and media relations, Colin helped clients win several public affairs projects including ballot questions, zoning regulations, construction projects and corporate imaging campaigns, among others.
A Boston resident, Colin earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from the University of Massachusetts.
As a Vice President at Bell Pottinger USA, Colin holds leadership roles on several health care, clean energy and public affairs accounts. He is also closely involved in government affairs and business development.

Ben Hendricks

Ben is a Charlotte, N.C. native who comes to BPUSA with integrated agency experience as well as five years experience crisscrossing America for a variety of national consumer brands.
While traveling, Ben averaged 11 months per year away from home while serving as a public relations manager for such clients as Tide, Coca-Cola and XBOX. Working on such high-profile accounts, Ben was able to attend several major sporting events including two Super Bowls, The Kentucky Derby and an NCAA Final Four. After seeing 46 states and hundreds of consumer events, Ben decided it was time to see what all four seasons were like in one place and for two years, worked for a Charlotte-based advertising and PR firm working on a variety of accounts.
Prior to his life on the road, Ben attended East Carolina University - where he earned a bachelor's degree in Communication. And, Ben is the only member of BPUSA with a "Mouse-ters" degree thanks to a college internship at Walt Disney World.

Tom Nadolski

Tom came to BPUSA from CoreBrand, a global brand consultancy based in Stamford, CT. As coordinator of the company’s marketing efforts, Tom successfully leveraged CoreBrand’s unique position as the only company to offer quantifiable measures on the dollar value of major corporate brands and placed articles about the company in publications such as BtoB Magazine, BrandWeek, and Advertising Age.
Prior to CoreBrand, Tom worked with the principals of Impress Systems, an on-demand printing solutions company, helping them to update and strengthen their image. Tom also served as a public relations intern at Creative Partners in Stamford, CT where he contributed to the success of several health care and technology accounts.
Tom graduated from Fairfield University with a bachelor's degree in English.

Kate Trainor

Kate is an experienced public relations professional, bringing a background in healthcare, consumer, corporate and non-profit public relations experience to Bell Pottinger USA. Prior to joining Bell Pottinger USA, she worked on several major healthcare accounts, including Philips Medical Systems, Hawaii Pacific Health and Southcoast Health System. For Philips, Kate provided support for multiple trade shows and medical meetings throughout the year, provided outreach for announcements and developed relationships with trade media through frequent pitching and daily contact with reporters. She worked on all of Philips’ business lines, including patient monitoring, healthcare information technology, cardiovascular and general x-ray, CT, MR, ultrasound, home care and corporate.
Additionally, Kate has worked for Staples Inc., Clinique, Hillshire Farm and Mercy Corps. For each of her accounts, Kate has extensively written editorial content and press releases, and has proactively pitched national, local and trade media.
Kate graduated from Boston College with a bachelor’s degree in English and communications and earned a Master of Science degree in journalism from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.

Kaitlyn Siner

Kaitlyn brings several years of public relations experience to Bell Pottinger USA. A native Rhode Islander, Kaitlyn began as an urban outreach assistant at Southside Community Land Trust, helping to develop the inner-city of Providence, RI, and gain awareness and support for community programs. Despite a black thumb, Kaitlyn also worked on both the editorial and advertorial sides at People, Places & Plants, a unique New England gardening magazine, exploring the world of independent publishing. Most recently, Kaitlyn’s experience derives from two years in the industrial, manufacturing and technology sectors of public relations, working to gain extensive media attention for national and global accounts in trade publications.
Kaitlyn graduated from the University of Rhode Island, where she double-majored and received a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Public Relations.

Molly Finnegan

Born and raised south of Boston, Molly comes to BPUSA with expertise in journalism. Prior to BPUSA, Molly was a writer for WCVB-TV Boston, a local ABC affiliate. In the newsroom she was responsible for researching, writing and editing video for developing news stories during major evening newscasts.
Molly graduated from Emerson College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Broadcast Journalism.

Clark Crowley

A Massachusetts native, Clark Crowley brings both non-profit and agency public relations experience to Bell Pottinger USA.
Previous to Bell Pottinger USA, Clark worked as the public relations assistant at the Peabody Essex Museum and Boston Ballet as well as having interned at a Boston based boutique public relations agency.
Clark is a recent Emerson College graduate, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Communication.

Angela has come to Bell Pottinger USA with experience in corporate and consumer public relations. At Bell Pottinger USA Angela works with clients in the fields of healthcare and software.
Prior to joining BPUSA, she worked as an intern for Mohegan Sun’s public relations department providing press releases, fact sheets, and advertorials pertaining to upcoming events, promotions, and expansion projects. She also worked with different media venues promoting the company.
She graduated from The College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
